About
Bruno Gaget
After a successful career as a beauty, fashion, and celebrity photographer in the dynamic venue of New York City, Bruno returned to his native roots in France, where his passions for cooking and baking were quickly reignited. From his recollections of tending to the sauce béchamel under his mother's watchful eye, to family gatherings around the table at home or a 5-star restaurant, Bruno’s childhood exposures served to further shape his innate talents and distinct appreciation for the standards set by the best that worldwide cuisine and pâtisserie has to offer.
While working on his cookbook during Covid, Bruno was strongly encouraged to share his baguettes and croissants with select clients, which started the following and demand for more products which he brought to market. Today, Bruno continues to bake on a limited basis, keeping Le Boulanger a small boutique that specializes in handmade artisanal French baked goods, made with care, long fermentation, and free of preservatives and additives…the way it should be!
